Who it's for: Shooters who want to practice on their own and spend less on ammo.
What you'll learn
• How to build your own training plan
• Dry fire you can do safely at home
• Low-round-count drills with clear time and accuracy standards, so you can measure progress
• How to think with a firearm in your hands, under light pressure
3–4 hours · $150 · 10 students max
Who it's for: Anyone who has chosen a shotgun to defend their home and family.
What you'll learn
• Safe home storage
• Running the shotgun, including reloads
• Recoil management, so you stay accurate and in control
• Basic target identification and engaging single and multiple targets
“The course was thoughtfully presented and provided insight on recoil management, ammo selection (for practice and defense), target transitioning and reloading methods to keeping the gun running. It was a good use of time – highly recommended.”
— S. Martin, Defensive Shotgun student
“I, being someone who had some experience, felt that every aspect of the class was informative. Nothing about it made me feel like ‘I already know this’. The smaller class size is also a real nice experience… I really can’t say enough great things about Nate and how he instructs, casual but knowledgeable and structured at the same time.”
— M. Snook, Defensive Shotgun student
3–4 hours · $120 · 20 students max
Who it's for: People who've decided a firearm isn't right for them, or who want a more socially acceptable tool for everyday life.
What you'll learn
• Awareness and avoiding trouble early
• Managing unknown contacts with the Ask, Tell, Make framework
• How to choose OC spray and use it correctly
• The legal considerations that come with carrying it
“Some of the things I learned in this class, OC spray is a great way to protect yourself/keep a bad guy away from you besides pulling a firearm. But it should never be as simple as putting a can of OC in your pocket everyday. I learned a lot in this class, mostly I learned what I didn’t know and what I needed to work on. I highly recommend this class to anyone who carries or anyone who values their safety but may not be comfortable with a firearm.”
— M. Snook, Less Lethal Foundations student
3–4 hours · $150 · 10 students max
Who it's for: Anyone who carries and wants to understand why shot placement matters.
What you'll learn
• The human anatomy behind effective shot placement
• Physiological vs psychological stops, and why that difference matters
• Photo-realistic and 3D targets, so you learn to read angles
• Why slowing down for an accurate first shot ends a confrontation sooner
3–4 hours · $150 · 10 students max
Who it's for: Well Armed Citizens who carry every day and want to train for real decisions, not just beeps.
What you'll learn
• Using your drills and shot placement together under pressure
• Responding to visual cues downrange instead of whistles or timers
• Three questions for every problem: Is there a threat? Do I need to shoot? When do I stop?
“Worth every penny. Felt safe the entire time. My mind was pushed to think in ways I didn’t recognize before the class. Looking forward to future classes from Nate!”
— B. Woodward, Mind over Muzzle student
